Eastern Virginia Medical School’s Strelitz Diabetes Center partnered with Todd Jurich’s Bistro, a Norfolk restaurant, to develop healthy recipes for Diabetes Awareness Month. Phyllis Woodson, the certified diabetes educator at the EVMS Strelitz Diabetes Center, worked with Mr. Jurich to create a diabetes-friendly menu for the bistro.
